well, she has a tagic backstory that would pique Ophelia's interest, but I don't see much beyond that. there may be pity on Ophelia's end, and probably some condescension, but it's difficult to say.

OPHELIE AND EFFY i could see these two being friendly with each other. they may not be as close as friends, but maybe ophelie simply knows her through bishop. i have a feeling that effy would try to stay on ophelie's good side, not that it would be that difficult for her. she would probably be more than willing to accept the noble's acquaintanceship simply because ophelie was nice. it'd be cute if she became like the mother effy never had, at some point.
