THE RULES

general

please treat the staff and other members with respect. please do not be rude or spam the chatbox. you will be given warning first, then suspended for the proper amount of time the staff feels is fair. then if you refuse to be nice, you will be removed from the site. but you wouldn't do that, would you? so let's all be nice to each other, kay?

the staff has the power to make changes to the site and create all the events, etc. you must be respectful to the staff for their decision. the site it a lot of work and time is taken out of our social lives to make this board the best it can be, so please do not be disrespectful to us.

if you are having troubles or problems with another member, please pm a staff member. we will do the best we can to solve the problem and make things right. fighting is something not approved for in the site between members. so, we will try to take care of the problem and make things right, okay?

characters

be sure to fill out the application properly and fill it out to the best of your ability. make sure you use a face claim that hasn't been taken yet.

when creating a character, please have all characters in the age range between 18 - 40. this site involves characters in some risky situations so i wouldn't like characters that are underage please.

when you go to make your face claim and fill out the application, please make sure that it's a famous person, such as a model or actor/actress, musicians, athletes, etc. don't use people from websites like myspace or anime drawings. celebrities must be used. if you don't know who to use don't hesitate to ask around for ideas or suggestions. people here are very helpful and have no problem helping you out.

please, when filling out your application make is interesting! i don't want to read about some emo kids life, or that everything bad happens to them or they are the hottest person on earth. be realistic please. everyone has flaws and strengths. i like to read interesting histories and personalities. it makes a great character and helps when making plots.

if there is a change for life altering events, killing off a character, or creating a pregnancy, please pm a staff member for permission. we don't want everyone making radical decisions for characters which makes them inactive/dead or everyone's baby momma. it's gets annoying. so make sure to ask permission first please.

writing

there is a minimum of at least having 300 words when posting. if you have a hard time counting use word. it will become your best friend. more is always better.

when creating a thread, please put a tag within the title. the tag may be open to others, or you can close it to one or two people. please be sure to put a tag in all threads to let people know if they can join in on the fun or if the thread is closed to a certain member.

please blockquote and make your posts in size one. it makes everything look clean and i will absolutely love you for it! kay, thanks.

graphics

please make sure that you're graphics are to the correct sizes as specified by the staff. icons should be no larger than 150 x 200. character signatures should be no larger than 450 x 350. please keep your graphics to these dimensions or you will be asked to modify your graphics.

loose ends

please be sure to comply with proboard tos, otherwise state so in your thread. if you don't agree then this site isn't for you, and if you do something that is not appropriate then you will be deleted. please do not over kill with the sex, gore, drugs, etc... (even though it does happen). so, that is greatly appreciated and please let us know if you have any questions.

the staff is here to help you. do not be nervous about contacting us ever because we will not be bothered by you.

for every character that you make you are going to need to make another account. it just looks neater that way and keeps everything in order. make sure to create a character with their first name all lowercase. you can change it to the full name later.
