I'M PART OF THE NOBLES AND I'M THE TEMPTATION OWNER. ------------------------------------------------- I have been born of pure blood. Yes, my parents were lucky and I was the result. I think originally my parents didn’t think of having a child, the idea of two vampires conceiving a child was quite rare. But, lo and behold my mother gave birth to me. Growing up I was treated differently, and with my birth suddenly my parents were the ones to watch. They were invited to parties and events like no other just so the rest of the vampire population could get a look at me. No one believe my parents. In doing so I had grown up with the idea that whatever I wanted I could get. Turns out having pure blood was a good thing. I was selective in what I wanted, picking only the best. Although, with my power came risks. Some were looking to get in good with me just to have power and take the money I had gathered for myself. They wanted to bring me down, show that being a noble was no different than being a vampire. I proved them wrong. And those who had stuck with me, the ones that were loyal, earned my respect. I wouldn’t say that they are my friends, but I am able to trust them. My familiars mostly. Speaking of friends, I don’t really have that many if any at all. I was more of a prowler, looking for those that held promise of an interesting night. I prefer the lifestyle of seduction and temptation. Desire and cravings are all I run off of. Oh and the usually business meeting. I must say that those are quite boring, but my familiars do a pretty good job of knowing what I want. I’ll have to give them a special gift for Christmas this year. Although, that doesn’t mean I’m not looking for maybe that special someone, I just haven’t found him yet or anyone to keep my interest for longer than one night. However, at this point in my life my parents are now dead. At least, I’ve come to that conclusion on my own. I haven’t heard from them in some time. I was used to them giving my space and leaving me alone, but I usually received a phone call or a letter, but they haven’t come. Part of me is hurting on the inside, but I don’t want to show my weakness. Any sign of bending means that I would be right for pouncing on. For now, I’m going to hold my head high and keep going as if nothing was wrong. I will continue to prowl like I’ve done for centuries.
